GET TO KNOW ME

Hi, I’m Megan! A Creative Director who’s been turning ideas (big, small, and occasionally messy) into campaigns, packaging, and digital experiences for the last two decades. I love digging into a creative brief, figuring out what a brand really needs to set it apart from their competitors, and guiding projects from concept to execution without losing the fun along the way. I’ve collaborated with Sales, Marketing, and eComm Teams across B2B and DTC projects, and I get a kick out of making even the most niche or complex work feel fresh and visually compelling. Think of me as equal parts strategist, designer, and brand whisperer—here to bring clarity, creativity, and a dash of design magic to every project.

My career began over 19 years ago in graphic design at DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), where I helped bring a wide range of DNA testing products to market. Eventually, my creative career path brought me to the automotive industry, where I would go on to build an internal Global Creative Team from the ground up—hiring and managing top talent in three difference countries, selecting tools and platforms, establishing processes and workflows, and integrating Creative Teams obtained from acquisitions.


I specialize in logo design and branding, print and package design, and web layout and UI design. I thrive on turning big ideas and vague creative briefs into cohesive, polished work that’s both strategically compelling and visually engaging, bringing order to creative chaos while keeping an eye on every pixel and detail.

Marketing has been a constant thread throughout my career. At DDC, I launched the HomeDNA product line on Amazon and major retailers like CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, and Rite Aid—handling everything from PLA campaigns and keyword strategy to in-store print ads and email blasts. At Better Choice Company (BCC), I managed the affiliate marketing program via ShareASale, crafted and maintained the editorial calendar, and drove a 10% year-over-year sales lift, all while keeping social media and email marketing for the company's sub-brand Halo Pets running smoothly. At First Brands Group (FBG), I set up the Amazon Direct Fulfillment program for one of the company’s largest brands. Today, as Creative Director, I partner with Marketing and eComm Teams to turn ideas into campaigns that perform—including a nationwide commercial in 2024 with prime placement during Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime.

Organizational systems have always been part of my toolkit. At DDC, I led the rollout of the company’s marketing ticketing system, laying the foundation for streamlined project tracking and team alignment. At BCC, I implemented Wrike from the ground up to manage projects, tasks, social calendars, training documents, metrics, and digital asset libraries. At FBG, I was instrumental in building an internal Creative Team while transitioning away from agency reliance, rolling out Monday.com for project management and Brandfolder as the digital asset manager (DAM), and establishing SOPs that kept teams running smoothly. I approach project management with the same mindset I bring to creative—clarity, structure, and thoughtful problem-solving. I thrive on creating systems that keep teams aligned, projects on track, and creative work moving seamlessly from concept to completion.
